ANC Welcome the U.S & Canada University Students at the summer 2021 Orientation Day

ANC Education had over 75 students starting their US & Canada University Transfer programmes and U.S Degree Completion Programmes in Business & Psychology in summer 2021 intake.

The Orientation Day was a full house, and was conducted via Virtual Online Platform. It was an engaging and interactive session with presentations from Academic heads, Administration team and student affairs.

Students that joined the degree programmes were thrilled and excited to begin a new chapter in their lives. Starting their higher studies without delay, there were many students that joined the Summer 2021 intake in June and July with pending London O/L & A/L results.

This is because the North American Education system requires GCSE O/Levels as the minimum entry requirement for the US & Canadian University degree programmes. Parents have the choice of starting their child’s higher studies right after O/Levels.

During the past one year the Cambridge, Edexcel and Local O/L and A/L examination results have been delayed. To counter these delays, taking the decision to start your Childs higher studies with pending results assures their education journey continues without interruptions during these unprecedented times.

Joined after A/L vin played cricket and football in school and was part of the under 13 cricket team and the under 17, under 18 and 1st xi football teams. He was also the Secretary of the Science Society, President of the ‘Lions Backup Wilpattu’ project and more.

“My father had made plans for me to study in Canada and he insisted that I join ANC right after my O/Levels. However due to my love of sports I stayed 2 years in school to complete my A/levels. Compared with other institutes ANC is well recognized for Canada Transfer programme. I joined the 1+3 Canada pathway and its going really well. I am planning to transfer to Canada in 2022 to continue my Chemical Engineering degree.

Joined After London A/levels enjoyed my school life a lot and was part of the school basketball and badminton teams. I was the leader of our eastern dancing squad and we performed at the Thailand 2020 - All Country Competition Folklore and managed to win the silver medal amongst 20 countries.

T hamalaka played football and badminton in school and was part of the Under 15 football team. He was the President of the Astronomy Club and was a member of the Aeronautical Society and Red Cross

Society. He achieved the 5th highest results for his O/levels in School with 9 A’s. He says ‘due to the current condition the quickest and trusted way to study in U.S is through ANC U.S Transfer Programme that was recommended by my best friends. My goal is to be like my uncle who works for Oracle in U.S as an Electronic Engineer. He is my role model and he inspired me to achieve my dreams in U.S.
