Dr. Lalith Liyanage represents TTASL at International federation AGM

The current Vice President of Table Tennis Association of Sri Lanka (TTASL) Dr. (Eng) Lalith Liyanage was nominated by the TTASL as its representative at the Annual General Meeting of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) 2021 in Houston, USA.

Dr. Liyanage is professionally a Chartered Engineer with three master’s degrees and a PHD. He has not only excelled in academia but also proved his all-round talents being an outstanding sportsman having competed in seven sports. He has represented Kandy Schools, Kandy District and Sri Lanka Schools Hockey teams and won Kingswood College Hockey Colours and Hockey Star for two consecutive years. He has also played cricket, football, table tennis, badminton and athletics at highly competitive levels.
